Referrals

As your primary care office, we will coordinate all of your medical care. Please consult our office whenever you have questions about your health. We will be able to guide you regarding appropriate medical treatment. Your physician will also help you select the proper specialist, if necessary, and coordinate your care with the consulting doctor.

After hours, please call the Ontario Telehealth line at 1-806-797-0000. The Ontario Telehealth Line is a free and confidential service you can call to get health advice or general health information from a registered nurse.

That means quick, easy access to a qualified health professional, who can assess your symptoms and help you decide your best first step. They can help you decide whether to care for yourself, make an appointment with your doctor, go to a clinic, contact a community service or go to a hospital emergency room.

Many times, follow-up care can be provided through our office. However, if it is necessary for continuing care to be provided by a specialist, we will help arrange this for you. We have access to a comprehensive network of specialists in the Halton-Peel region. Please make sure that we are aware of any medications that a specialist prescribes for you.
